Payment
For product purchases, deductions are made when the item is shipped.
Gift card
Gift card purchased on the webshop.
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
When purchasing a gift card, you receive an email in which there is a link to the gift card in question.
Skin care products bought at the shop:
Complaint:
There is a 24-month right of complaint - possibly limited by expiration date - also applies to used goods and purchased goods. You must advertise within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after you have ascertained the error or deficiency.
Right of cancellation:
14-day right of withdrawal, if a consumer uses his right of withdrawal, the business must refund the entire amount that the customer has paid, including the business's shipping costs. The consumer himself pays his own shipping costs in connection with the return of the item.
Payment:
When is the amount deducted from the customer's card? The amount is debited when the item is dispatched.
Privacy Policy:
The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Men's Room will not sell the customer's name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without the customer's prior permission.
